I would start by replacing the right front door lock actuator latch assembly and if that works properly in the lock position and unlock position then the problems are all in the actuators and they would need to be changed. 2005 nissan murano door lock the body control modual is not recieving a feed back from the passenger door lock confirming the unlock command and is therefore not energizing the rear hatch.
